"Travel from the comfort of your
computer chair!"
(because every site needs a catchy tagline)
I've gone the lazy route and used Frontpage Editor to make the pages, like last time. Sorry about the lack of formatting; I like to get my travellog pages up quickly before I forget the details of the trip.
Camera equipment used: Canon Powershot G3, Kodak waterproof disposable. Photos and text copyright Denise Chan. (Just thought I'd say that, hehe.)
The main text of the travellog will appear in this frame, while the images will appear in the lower frame. This is different from the last time I did a travellog - let me know which one you prefer. (Actually, looking back at the log I did a year and a half ago, I'd say it's much more organized than the one I'm about to make. Right now I am desperately trying to assemble a hodge-podge of photos and memories; I wish I'd taken notes as I went along. I'll do my best anyhow.)
Our itinerary was, in a nutshell:
Monday - Flew to Bangkok,
went shopping
Tuesday - Went to Koh Samed (Samed Island)
Wednesday - Messing around on the beach.
Thursday - Back to Bangkok, spa, shopping
Friday - Shopping, flew home
Yeah, it was a pretty short trip. I went with my cousin Kat and her parents. I would've liked to stay on Samed a bit longer, even though there was nothing to do, just because it was beautiful.
