They are exactly four weeks old today!
The very biggest monkey is about 1 cm long (I fed them yesterday, and it's a bit hard to tell where the tail ends and the poo begins
) and he's definitely male. Now that I have something to compare to, a lot of my smaller monkeys seem to be growing whiskers too, so I'm quite worried that I may end up with an all-male tank...and that'll be the end of my Sea-Monkey Empire. :P
There are only about ten to fifteen of them now, but I've noticed a few newly-hatched babies. Must be late hatchers. There is still hope that some are girls! :)
They are three weeks old today. Numbers have declined to about twenty monkeys, but since I put plasma in yesterday, I see two or three tiny little wriggling dots - new monkeys!
They are quite big - the biggest are around 6 mm long - but still sexless. None have developed graspers (boys) or eggsacs (girls) yet, so I have no idea what my boy/girl ratio is. With any luck, I'll have a few girls to continue the line and give rise to a great Sea-Monkey Empire...:)
Here are some pictures I took today. They look like adults now - except for the sexlessness.

I also made a short video of one of them swimming over to a patch of algae (I hope it's algae!!) and grazing. Download it here - .wmv file, ~150 kb.
